Functional Fox was formerly known as TorchHolder. Products previously sold under the TorchHolder name are now part of the Functional Fox brand. This name change does not affect support for eligible previous purchases.

 

Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipping times may vary based on destination, product availability, and carrier conditions.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Functional Fox is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging when applicable

We will work with you to determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

 

Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Products should be returned with their original components

• Proof of purchase is required

 

Please contact Functional Fox before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
